RULES
Each player
who answers all of the questions correctly will be entered into a draw. A winner
will then be randomly chosen by a computer generated random algorithm.
The winner will receive a 4 night stay at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin
Resort.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Contest dates: October 1 2007 9am EST - November 14th 2007 9am EST.
Each member may submit a single entry only.
No purchase necessary to enter.
Contest is open to residents of both the USA, and outside the USA.
Contest sponsors are not responsible for non-transmitted entries, nor
entries mutilated, delayed or lost.
Income and other taxes or tariffs, if any, are the sole responsibility
of the winner.
Contest is subject to all federal, state, local and provincial laws and
regulations.
Winner will be selected from a random draw.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent to use the winner's name and
likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without
further compensation.
The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a
publicity release. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize.
Offer good for one year from certificate date of issue and is subject to
rate plan availability and certain blackout periods. The expiration date
may not be extended.
This offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Employees and family members of all sponsors, their affiliates and
agencies not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
Other restrictions may apply.
Winner is responsible for all transportation. Winner is responsible for
all other costs and incidentals. All expenses not specifically mentioned
as being included are excluded. Winner and guest must travel together.
If travel guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or
legal guardian.
All contestants agree that WDWMAGIC and those involved in the
development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and
distribution of this contest, including their respective parent
companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies and/or any other person
or entity associated with the contest shall not be liable for losses or
injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of prizes or
participation in the contest.
All contestants acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any
manner responsible/liable for any other warranty, representation or
guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, related to any prize.
Contestants, by entering the contest, agree to be bound by the above
rules and regulations.
Contest judges' decisions are final.
WDWMAGIC reserves the right to change the prizes, rules, and terms and
conditions at any point.
